Each ticket category provides specific access rights as described at the time of purchase
Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and activity specified

6. Ticket Purchase

Ticket purchases are made without the creation of a user account
Personal data is collected only during the ticket purchase process
Ticket buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided
Purchase confirmation and ticket verification will be sent to the email address provided during checkout

7. Payment via Third-Party Providers

All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, Xendit
Available payment methods and transaction flows follow the terms and systems of the third-party provider
The Organizer does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card details
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party payment systems beyond its control

8. Ticket Confirmation, Validation, and Entry

A ticket is considered valid only after payment has been successfully verified
Proof of purchase or ticket access will be delivered via email
Ticket buyers must present valid proof of purchase when entering the event venue
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry if ticket verification cannot be completed

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation or refunds cannot be made through the Website

Ticket buyers must provide valid proof of transaction for verification purposes
